We are currently not able to cater for wheat or gluten allergies or intolerances, due to our kitchen regularly handling products with these substances.

It is never too early to get your order booked in and therefore encourage customers to enquire as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Depending on how busy the week is and the supplies we have in stock, we can sometimes get orders in with a week's notice, so it is always worth asking. For large orders, such as for weddings or corporate events, it is recommended to order 2 to 6 months in advance.

Due to the majority of orders being bespoke, each bake is quoted individually. Prices vary depending on the design and personalisation. Starting prices for custom orders can be found on the Menu page. Please get in touch to discuss your design and receive a personalised quote.

Ensure to mention that your bakes are a gift when placing an order and we can provide a handwritten gift messages upon request. If ordering from the website shop, make sure to add your personal message in the 'Add Note' section on the Check Out page.

We love supplying for these type of events and celebrations. We can provide custom made stamps that incorporate your company logo or initials of the happy couple for wedding favours. We also individually wrap and heat seal each cookie so that they can be easily and hygienically distributed to your guests. They will also last up to 2 weeks!

If you wish to cancel your order, please provide us with written notice via email: queentcookies@gmail.com Due to all our bakes being fresh products with customisations and a limited shelf life, we will not be able to issue a refund if cancellations are made with short notice to the collection or delivery date. We are also able to postpone your order and reserve the payment to use for another purchase at a later date. Please see our T&Cs for more details.

Please get in contact with us as soon as possible to requests any changes to your order. We cannot guarantee that these amendment requests can be met at short notice, especially if your cookies have already reached the decorating stage. All of our cookies are covered in a layer of fondant icing. We do not currently use any piped icing for our designs.

Flavours are available to view on our Menu page. We often provide limited-edition flavours during seasonal events, so look out for these on our socials.

Biscuits Our biscuits are best eaten fresh but we advise you to consume them within 2 weeks. They are best stored in their heat-sealed bags or an airtight container. Keep them away from any heat sources, out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend placing them in the fridge as it may spoil the flavour and fondant detailing. NYC Cookies Our NYC Cookies are best eaten with 1-3 days. Store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to maintain their flavour. Cakes Our cakes must be consumed within 1-3 days. We recommend storing leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge. Let the cake come back to room temperature before consuming.

Our biscuits range from 3-5 inches, depending on the size of the cutters used. If you would like to know the specific measurements for a particular cutter or shape, please just ask. Our NYC Cookies are around 3-4 inches wide and weigh around 120g each! Our cakes vary in size, depending on the number of servings. We provide 6 inch and 8 inch cakes in various heights and shapes.

Yes, we can provide orders in more than 1 flavour for quantities of 10 or more biscuits/NYC cookies. We are only able to provide more than 1 flavour for tiered cakes.

Yes, we can post biscuits and NYC Cookie orders within the UK. All bakes are posted first class with Royal Mail. Cakes are collection only.

We do not currently offer local delivery. Our bakes are for collection or postal delivery only.
